Okay I hope this is the right section I'm posting in, I'm new here by the way. I recently downloaded MTA 0.5 and I noticed that it also installed I beleive a trial version of The All Seeing Eye. My question is, when my trial for this program runs out, can I still play MTA even if I don't buy The All Seeing Eye? Or will it just not run as well? What is the program anyways?

You will normally get the option of playing the program for free for another 7 days or you could just simply reinstall it once the deadline is meet.

The All-Seeing Eye (ASE) program is a fast gaming server browser probably even known as one of the best in some people`s minds. MTA servers can be found under this software which then indicates what servers are available to play online with. The ASE also indicates information on the servers like how many players are on the server. When you`ve chose a server you would like to play on the MTA Client will pop up with the servers IP and Port and then you can play on it only if there are spaces left on the server to play on. The ASE also indicates if the servers are installed with MTA`s 0.5 server patch. Its recommended that you play on servers which only have the patch installed so you can get the best possibly gaming out of the mod.The ASE can also be installed from the MTA 0.5 Client so you dont have to keep on looking for the install exe. The ASE also indicates and shows previous servers from MTA 0.1 - 0.5.

Alot of info but its just alot of detail for a simple question.

ASE also supports alot of the popular online games.

Okay, thank you, I understand what it is now. I'd still like to know whether MTA 0.5 is playable or not without the ASE in case I don't want to re-install every 7 days.

MTA 0.5 does not include ASE. You do not need ASE to play MTA. MTA 0.5 includes a built-in server browser. If you do use ASE, you can just ignore it when it nags you to buy it for as long as you want.
