[Question] HOW TO REMOVE Weapon Animation

Hi, hello.
I Would like to know if it is possible and how i could to do remove the animation from the weapons.

Saw-Off- (2-2 animation, when i shot 2-2 the gun make a strange moviment in the hand)
Sniper Shoting (when i shot the screen shakes).
