scripts in my MTA:SA server

hay guys i just wanna say thanks sooo much for all the mta's ..

n e way herer is my question,

i was lookng through a load of servers and found one with a built in bot that says hi to you (hello "nic" welcome to "server name") when you enter and you can ask things like !admin or !lock (like i remember in MTA:VC) and i was wondering how to put something like that into my server .. if any one can help i would be sooo greatfull...

every oen is welcoem to use my server (bandwith is a bit low at the mo planning on upgrade) direct connect to server snoopygate1.myftp.org normap port ..
