MTA - Error CC23 - Connection timed out.

Hello, 3 days ago I downloaded the MTA (is completing today 4 days), yesterday was 
workingnormally until 22:00 that decides to go to sleep, unfortunately I returned 
to play again because I was sleepless and came across thefollowing error:

This only happens on one server, the rest works normally.

Notes: I already restarted my computer, my internet, reinstalled MTA 3 times, turned off the firewall.
