interior lag

i made an RP server but the problem is when i enter to LSPD and other interiors it lags a lot than it shows network trouble and than start to lag again......LSPD lags the most ........what do you think causes this? please help (this happen for all players not just me)

This has nothing to do with MTA it self, try checking scripts in that area or get a cpuusage script like here:
