Guest Posted February 3, 2006 Share Posted February 3, 2006 When DM arrives I'm sure we will see some servers running DM and some running race. I would like to see some servers running a mix of both (and more, as future game types are added)... so that you might play a round (map) of deathmatch and then a race map will load, then a dance off, then some hide and seek or last man standing or capture the flag, ya know... so you never know what map will load next. Of course there should be dedicated servers to particular gametypes... but I've found pretty often with online games there are many modes to choose from and one type dominates (all the servers run it exclusively). Personally I like variety — it's what sets GTA apart from other games and I'd hope MTA is the same Link to comment
Brophy Posted February 3, 2006 Share Posted February 3, 2006 i know that VCES (SAES for SA) will be doing theme games again, like hide and seek, no nametags or radar (we pick two runners, who must stay on foot, the rest can find them by any car/heli etc) but seeing that san andreas is so big and nametags arent shown behind solid objects we will have to change a few rules Link to comment
