Why rundll32 start with mtasa !

I too get 100% cpu usage only when MTA SA is opened. @ccw 

and made an account to question this.. but seeing as this topic was opened i am here to say I am suffering from this!

Open command prompt (cmd) and enter this command:

wmic process where "name like '%rundll32%'" get processid,commandline

Show the results here

Problem keep going with that version. Windows 7

I can solve this problem if i destroy process "rundll". After this FPS will be fine, like used to.
