I have been downloaded it and do everything .. the proplem didn't solved yet .

Problem is you have a virus.
(You have 'Avira' installed, but it is disabled or not working)

Your PC is infected.

Either ask Avira for support or try another anti-virus and do a full PC scan.

After the virus has been removed, reinstall MTA

Install AVG AntiVirus and do fullscan and reinstall .
