ase server list empty???

Hi,

im trying to get mta working on ase and haven't been able to do so. I read the howto and it just doesnt work so here's my prob:

Ase does see other gameservers (eg cs servers) but doesnt give a list of

mta servers...i have installed the game and pointed ase to mta.exe.Now when i refresh gta3:mta it says "pinging 36 stale servers"

and then nothing happens....any ideas ??
