0 MTA Team ccw Posted May 5, 2019 MTA Team Share Posted May 5, 2019 Something is blocking Process Monitor from collecting important info. I guess it is the same reason the MTA installer is failing. Possible reasons: 1. Installed security software automatically restricting or sandboxing programs 2. A virus. Install something like https://www.malwarebytes.com/ and do a full scan 3. Corruption of systems files. https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system Link to comment

0 KETA
I did all the steps.. 1. I have no security softwares installed on my pc, windows defender off, automatic uptades off, firewall off, internet security off 2. I did a full scan for viruses and malwarebytes found nothing 3. I tried : DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and sfc /scannow in the CMD with administrator rights after this I rebooted my pc and still have the problem... here is the copy of my thread with all the steps i did before your answerI tried all of these what i found on this site: https://appuals.com/fix-error-0xc00007b-application-was-unable-to-start-correctly/And after i downloaded c++ runtime different versions, net framework different versions, directx different versionsI tried DLL-s from the site and from different sites, I tried to install new video card driver, I installed the latest windows update pack, and tried older version from MTA installer 1.5 and 1.4 gives the same errorMTA 1.3 installed succesfully when i want to update it download the new version but gives the same error when it opens the installer.
