Guest Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 i've installed the setup file and did everything it says in the readme file. when i launch the mta i get a black splash box with pink writing that says Multi Theft Auto/ 'Stop Playing With Yourself' then nothing happens. i have reinstalled 4 times already and its the same thing. could someone let me know what i can do to get this thing working? T.I.A.
Guest Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 did u used the Original GTA SA? or is it an Cracked version? try it without any cracks/patches and dont forget to force ports and hide Emulation tools like Daemon Tools
Guest Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 i have the original dvd version 1.0 its the client that wont start up at all when i start the game up then tabbed out and then started the mta and got the message' an instance of gta sa is running and it gives the option to shut it down, so i shut it down restart the mta and all i get is the splash screen and thats it nothing happens.
Brophy Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 can u get ingame single player? if not try deleting the gta-sa.set file in my documents > gta san andreas user files, then go back in single player and set your keys and res back up
