login mp3 sounds not join

Hi Guys, 

this codes playing mp3 sounds in server background.but this URL playing when players join.ı need add 'when players login'.how can ı add 'onPlayerLogin'.Plase help me thanks .

Well instead use command handler make a costum event and use event handler and triger it on play login event
