Looking for a serious Developer, paying 200$

Hello, i need a developer who is serious to make a full roleplay server, paying up to 200$ for the whole stuff, using mysql and making scripts from scratch. this will be a bit complex like economy and business, houses, i may ask for things that are hard to make so Professional developers Only, any noob developer who tries to get in will be blacklisted from developing in any of our servers. can hire 2 developers  . 

Will pay more for better stuff.
