Problem with my fps drops

I will have a problem since I have the MTA game every time I push a car as a DD player Suddenly
 the game starts getting stuck and the FPS drops to 20-30 instead of 56 and then it goes back to 56 I remember once they fixed it
 for me but it came back to me again Do not know what to do hope you can help me thanks.

Do you have this problem on all servers or only on one?
