[HELP] No one can join my server

I have set everything up and also opened the ports but for some reason no one can join the server.

yes I did

Write openports on console may be u did something wrong

Make sure you open the port at Mode and firewall with the right protocol

oooohh now I remember. I once lost connection and now my IP Address has changed. I re-opened the ports. Thanks! @Dimos7 and @URBAN for saving my server from being shutdown! Thanks a lot!
