Hello .. Admins MTA,
.. Maybe there are old breakthroughs of the game .. but not noticed - is a Hacks called Auto Hotkey
, Used in CBug. (Tactics Server) ..
- is annoying .. to visitors when you banned someone  .. appears after a minute someone else!

You can patch CBug by undinding the fire control key for some MS when the player shoot

I can't give you any help about the other prob
