Run Game error

Right, I can open MTA join a game and get connected but when I click stat game the window with the title RUN GAME opens. For some reason it starts in my documents and crashes MTA if you click anything .

I have all the right patches for GTA III and have tried everything else....Please help

either i dont understand whats there or what i need isnt there. The problem i have seems to be MTA because it is asking you to find the gta3.exe when it crashes. I have serached the fourms and seen this question but what fixed it for them again, either doesnt work for me or i dont understand it.
