[HELP] Gridlist Row find item text

If the gridlist is a column4 and one of the items has a value of "1", the text of the column3 value of that item will be deleted. When finish = true, the item with value "1"
if the value is "2" the item will be 1, if the "3" is the 2 if it is the latest "10" if it will be 9 if I can do it
