[HELP] 3D Element on the ground

Hello guys!

Somebody help me please in this matter. I wanna draw an image with dxDrawMaterialLine3D. Yes it is done. But i can't rotate x rotation of the image. I wanna put it on the ground like the image.

What do u wanna rotate?

The is the Los Santos thing a part of the img?
If yes, just use 

math.sin()--// Use this on axis Y
math.cos()--// Use this on axis X
math.rad()-- U'll need to put this into sin and cos to convert degs to radians.
