wehn i start the game it will load up just fine, till i klik play multi theft auto, then it will shutdown and say suspected trainer usage

does that mean i cant ever play MTA and by trainer does it mean a nocd patch taht i need to play it

(my bro broke my cd)

If all of this is true can n e one tell me how to ask if they can lift this thing?

MTA says you have a trainer but you don't

Try closing every other open window first. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling, then reinstalling MTA 0.5 again. It has also been reported that changing game version from 1.0 to 1.1 (vice city) can fix this, though we're not sure why - we're looking into it. Further Update: All the error reports that have come in about this are using Vice City 1.0. Try updating to 1.1

This is from the known issues thread. Make sure your VC is not installed with other modifications and if possible try and download the patch and play VC in single player first before you play MTA.

i tried that and 1) it wont let me update i dunno if im usin the rite one

2) i closed all other windows and it still happens

i am definetly not using a trainer of n e time when i try to play MTA

It could be a crack if your using one, say if your using a 1.0 crack on VC the client will not let you update to 1.1 so you will crash.

Do any of the known issues help at all?
