gta-sa.exe and MTA

When the MTA starts, the GTA-sa.exe window appears with an error
I ran the game on behalf of the administrator, I changed gta-sa.exe, I deleted gta-sa.set, I reinstalled GTA and MTA, but I still get the same error about gta-sa.exe
