Guest Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 i was wondering how i can use Phil i know the Robber is Phil in the robbery clothing but i have seen pictures of just the regular Phil in MTAVC and was wondering how i use Phil Thank You For your Assistance
zerb Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 You cant use phil. However ingame you do see other characters who arent on the regular spawn, Phil i think is in stunt but yes i have seen him also.
