Cars Effects Lag !

Hi all, I'm having trouble, when I see a car being modified from outside the game, I get a drop in the number of tires. And in the past * this problem was not present, I urgently need to solve this problem

For Example the pic from cars modfiel outside the game 

 

This Car if i see it i have big lag ! 6 fps

Your specs are to low, 2gb ram is not enough.

Close all useless applications running in background.
