Guest Posted August 26, 2005 Posted August 26, 2005 I downloaded everything i need and all that is left to play is the patch. I downloaded it and i run it and it says "MTA Server (Patch 1) for MTA 0.5 Error: The configuration file could not be loaded" It says on the site "To install this patch, just copy over the executable and run as normal. You should see "MTA Server (Patch 1) for MTA 0.5" at the top of the screen if this has been successful." But I don't know if it worked because it has the error thing, help me and thanks in advance!
MTA Team jhxp Posted August 26, 2005 MTA Team Posted August 26, 2005 This is the Server patch, not client patch. If you don't run a server, you don't have to download/install it. Just install MTA0.5 Client, and you're set & ready to play.
zerb Posted August 26, 2005 Posted August 26, 2005 However if you do want to install the patch in future for making a server then simply copy the downloaded patch into the Multi Theft Auto file which is located in your program files.
