Running MTA at 2 FPS

Hello I recently wanted to install MTA in a new PC that I got, but when I started MTA it was running at 2fps. I have no idea what might be causing this because I should be able to run it with no problem. Here is the link for MTADiag: https://pastebin.mtasa.com/187539548

Perhaps MTA is working on an integrated graphics core in the processor.

Open the NVIDIA Control Panel, and selected my settings:

I doesnt give my that option in Nvidia Control Panel. Using NVIDIA Control Panel Verison 8.1.940.0....And I have the later Drivers for my GPU. V:391.01

Ah 1080ti those cards some times have issues with MTA.

You can try changing power management mode to prefer maximum performance. Under 3d settings.

Tried that, still running 2-4fps and 34fps in Menu

Uninstalled NahimicVR and that solved the problem.
