Game is Crashing | ffs gaming

A few days in a row I have a problem. After i upgraded win8.1 to win10, i cant join to ffs. My game just freezes after trying to log. I reported this problem at ffs forum, but we have come to the conclusion that this is a client problem. My Windows 10 is installed to the latest version(v. 1709 | build  OC 16299.248), like all my drivers (Nvidia; MV; Java...) Completely reinstalled MTASA&GTASA. My game just freezes without any error. I found another player with the same problem, but we also can't join to AiR or CIT Cops. The game freezes when I try download files.
