Severs that have decent playwith no cheats

Where can i find a cheat free sever or one where they dont take it.

Because i shot this gut with a machine gun and he did not go down he perrty much warped to my location and threw flame bottles at me his online name is Adam so watch out for this cheat he ruins EVERY game ALL CHEATERS SUCK

I can recommend some of the more established gangs' servers such as KFC's PartyServers.

Most servers you will go on you will probably see someone cheating, even if they are pausing or glitching etc. Just inform the admin when needed. and hopefully solve your problem

Seems like "Adam" could be a lagger as well...
