Lag by playing over lan?

Hello

I can play Mta0.3 without big problems. ( It was unplayable with Ver.1.0 of GTA3 )

...but what about the lag?

My friend and I played and the game wasn´t synch, about 2 seconds a-sync.

I have a 10 Mbit network and it works great..so what can be the problem?

How can I resync the thing?

I had this "out of sync" problem. Me and my m8 were playing on my 100MB network. The network only has 2 computer on it

Argh I just wanna try tomorrow a 100 Mbit lan.

Could help an alone Dedicated server / third Pc as just a server??
