SGB server question

this has happened before

i was playing on the SGB server and all of a sudden it says i've been banned from the server wtf?

i didn't break any rules, glitch, hack or do anything wrong

I was in the bank walking around an all of a sudden it says

"you have been banned from the server"

pls tell me what happened and see if u can unban me because i was randomly banned
