No se me instala correctamente el mta

Hola cuando instalo el mta san andreas no se me desconprimen algunos archivos que deberian ir en la carpeta del gta san andreas como el proxy.exe que ese es el archivo que debe ejecutar el mta no el gta_sa.exe como en mi caso, porfavor ayudenmen me podrian pasar un link con esos archivos porfavor o algo,

cuando intento entrar a un servidor se me queda pegado justo cuando sale (entrando al juego)

Eso probablemente sea porque no instalaste correctamente el gta sa. Prueba reinstalandolo y asegurándote de seguir todos los pasos.
