MTA not responding

Hey i have been playing MTA a few time ago and meanwhile he crashes all the time like sometimes i enter in one server and 10 min after crash some times 30 min and crash, i already try to fix updating my drivers updating C++ and nothing did word,i reinstall MTA i delete all the files and it didn't fix the problem. I instal the MTAdiag and is there what it show

1. Delete all .dll files from C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas 1.5\MTA
2. Download and run MTA installer from https://www.multitheftauto.com
