Suggestion For Stunt Server Script

Is it possible for a script to run on a stunt server to do the following..

A timed Game say 5-10min maybe a option to set this..

Once the game starts who ever gets the higest score once the round is over wins or maybe have multiple round.. Best of 3 and the best total out of all 3 wins..

a option to start and stop only to ppl who are admin

A option to set whos admin n what not..

also maybe a prize for best stunt or somthing like that @ the end..

If someone joins the game while round is going.. they go straight into Spectator mode with a msg saying "Game under Progess.. please wait till round it over and tell them how long left for round to finish"

Does this sound possible?

Cause i reckon it would be really cool.. Make stunt more interesting
