MTA does not work

Hi.

Today i download MTA, and try to install it. 

Installation was succesfull!

But when i try to launch it, nothing happens. In task manager i see MTA process, after a few seconds it ends.

Try to open GTA SA which is not gonna open and then open again MTA (I always do that). This kindda problem always happend to me and I don't know how to fix it.

Can you describe in detail? I did not understand what to do.

Yes.

SAMP too.

I download another repack, now i installing it.
