Can't Join Half Of The Servers | Connection Timed Out | Error [CC23]

Hello, I can't join half of the servers, They have Players online but my Player List just says ..loading.. and when I try to join it gives me Error [CC23] - Connection Timed Out. If I can see the Player list I can join, if it doesn't I can't. I tried Restarting MTA, PC and Wi-Fi, I tried Reinstalling MTA and GTA, nothing works. Servus Leute,habe ein kleines Problem....Und zwar wollte ich nach langen wieder einmal MTA zocken, also GTA von Steam gedownloadet und MTA installiert.Dachte ich ok klappt alles soweit... jedoch wenn ich dann MTA starten möchte läd es kurz und sehe auch noch das Menü mit "Direkt Verbinden" ....Jetzt hab ich schon ca 2 Stunden im Internet nach einer Lösung gesucht und bin immer noch beim selben ProblemHab auch schon das Probiert mit Kompatibilität, Administrator ausführen, habe MTA und GTA zur Firewall hinzugefügt und MTA zich mal neu Installiert Jetzt hätte ich probiert GTA und MTA zur Datenausführungsverhinderung hinzu zufügen jedoch kommt jetzt immer dieser Fehler https://www.pic-upload.de/view-35546338/Unbenannt.png.htmlHoffe jemand von euch kann mir helfenMfg Patrick
