Copy the "images" folder inside the .zip file to C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\MTA\cgui 2. Copy the Purple Dragon Vol. 1 folder inside the .zip file to C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\skins 3. Open MTA and go to Settings > Interface and change Skin to xRz Skin 2021 4. Make sure your MTA is set in English language. 5. Done!
