    Slow Download Speed

    Hello. My friend recently re-installed MTA and tried to download his favourite server, once he connected to the ip the download was at a speed of either 5 / 20 / 25 or 50 kb/s. He took an internet speed test and it the results were : Download - 54,41 mb/s and Upload - 51.52 mb/s. He tried downloading a samp server aswell and it was just as slow, any idea why his MTA server download speed might be so low? His internet speed isnt restricted and it is a constant 54.51 mb. Any help is apreciated
