    just make sure your sql script connected to mysql, you must check if you have the libmysql.dll and mta_mysql.dll in your modules folder and for example if you are using xampp make sure to start mysql. also note that this module is too old, you can use https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/DbConnect
