hello I don't know if I'm posting in the right place , I was banned in CIT server from 5 years ago so when i tried to login they said banned reason is 247AC , CIT staff told me its MTA Bann but since 5 years i didn't be able to play so i don't know the solution help me please , btw it says 5 hours remaining to be unbanned but its not working after 5 hours its say 5 again so nothing changes
