I intalled driver, and its still crash direct3d

I uninstalled the driver and when I tried to install the driver an error came out: "this system does not fulfil the minimum requirements for software installation"

Mta crashes after 10-20 minutes of play Here's what it says: "There was a problem resetting Direct3D Direct3DDevice9 Reset error: 8876086a Do you want to see some on-line help about this problem? (Yes) (No)" i dont know what the problem is, pls help me
