Do I need to make some kind of API to send the image and then the server save that image and send the image link on the server to discord?

Sup i wanted help to make a code to send the photo to discord webhook but i can't I am using the function takePlayerScreenShot with onPlayerScreenShot event. I have already made several code attempts but it is not working I wanted it to be like this: https://prnt.sc/Lf-ZmquPfmVM
