Hey good afternoon! Recently I downloaded a malicious app on my notebook, and after removing it... I was banned for 15 days (TRAINER) on all MTA servers. Can you remove this ban? It was unfair. It was completely my fault for installing the malicious app, but I didn't know it would affect the MTA!
