it's weird, but since reinstalling windows my game has been running poorly and somehow making other games (e.g. csgo, overwatch) laggy.
i noticed that every time i launch mta and later try other games they run poorly. it comes back to normal after rebooting the pc - i can play other games normally.
i could live with that, but mta runs poorly too - not that bad as other games(feels like vsync is on), but i had way better experience before the windows reinstall.
i installed the latest directx, my specs are more than enough for SA (gtx950, i5-4440, 8gb). windows 10 64bit
