Recently i bought a laptop and downloaded Mta province (russian mta server) and received that message when tryed to connect to server i have new device that never had mta installed on. I played mta province before on my pc from same place same wifi spot. Everything works fine on PC but wont on this current device (laptop) Didn't change anything and still cant play game My serial number : 989B57349F4EF5C97DEC34BF62B5A8F4 P.S I will be glad if someone gonna answer me on russian.
