    Bugged SOUND

Hey there, so I get buggy sounds in MTA. Ill explain how its bugged; 100% of the time I can hear background sound (waves and wind) but the normal sounds (car, explosions, hunter shooting, hunter helicopter, getting a pickup) disappear, tho they come sometimes, but they leave after. Sounds like songs in a map, are never bugged. So its something about the game. Also, microphone is buggy as well, if i have it freshly connected and opened MTA, it works, but after a while, it stops working. Here is my dxdiag for both problems: ------------------ System Information ------------------ Time of this report: 11/9/2011, 15:01:38 Machine name: MARCO Operating System: Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.101209-1647) Language: Spanish (Regional Setting: Spanish) System Manufacturer: MSI System Model: MS-7366 BIOS: Default System BIOS Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7300 @ 2.66GHz (2 CPUs) Memory: 2048MB RAM Page File: 1052MB used, 2891MB available Windows Dir: C:\WINDOWS DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904) DX Setup Parameters: Not found DxDiag Version: 5.03.2600.5512 32bit Unicode ------------ DxDiag Notes ------------ DirectX Files Tab: No problems found. 7. Look its easy, those maps are popular, and after some time authors have decided to start to sell their maps (rafinha, vortex , sebas). So, the people that bought the maps shouldn't have given them away, but they obviously did (why would they care), so now everyone can have those maps. It is not stealing , its their problem (mappers) if they only cared about $$$ when they gave them away on their own risk. On the other hand, "stolen maps" do exist, its when someone hacks the server and gets maps that way. This happened for example to SHC, all the maps and server scripts were stolen , I know it because i have them , as well as the maps you're mentioning. But I don't give anything away tho (i like collecting)
  8. Well I have toolbox too but its not free afaik ^^
  9. failzor, I didn't check post after posting it... thanks
  10. Update. new video with no blur, different weather and better timing. HQ
  11. Hey there this is my first [DM] map, I've been mapping for some time but this is my first complete race ^^ I would like people to tell me whats good/bad about it , anyways here goes the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBkKwI1OyaQ Enjoy
  12. Well its changed now. I play in ownage_owls ... sometimes when it loads a new map it starts to download something.. and in the half of it I get a timeout ... can modifying the map editor cause some of this crashes? I added some new SA:MP objects to the editor , but since the replaced objects were objects that noone used I guess that wouldn't be a problem ^^ And sometimes I get client verification failed.. But what I dislike the most, is that after every timeout I need to restart MTA or else rejoining won't work
  13. Its in version 9.2.0.113 and yes I updated the two things you told me earlier
  14. Well my problem is that I'm playing on as erver with max ping 300 and I have around 280 and everytime a map loads, half gets loaded and then I get a timeout
  15. Well this is pretty basic and I don't know if someone posted this already, but its useful for lazy people like me... You can find a good description of how to use it & what it does on the generator itself. Anyways I'll post here two images so I'm sure everyone will understand Two objects After using generator.. tadaaa! you saved yourself an hour of cloning objects and placing them perfectly and you got a nicely made stair ... Well I know its very basic but maybe it is useful for some of you... By the way, I didn't add rot[x/y/z]2 because i found that would be pretty useless (wouldn't work for loops.. would just only rotate objects but you would need to place them by yourself) but I can add it if you want... And yes, I don't know how to use VB so I made it in excel... DOWNLOAD Be nice, suggest, comment.. hope it is useful for someone
  16. Hey there, how do I load my own maps when I start my localhost ? I know I need to load the resource but then I don't know how to play the map from spawnpoint.. thanks
  17. Hmm I updated that but I got to enter a race map and then it seems that I get kicked for high ping and then I can't reenter servers.. then when I look for a new server they start to disappear it says first 1000 servers then 900 until all disappear..
  18. So well... When I join any server it waits two second and says connection timed out... in other cases I was like 10 seconds in server and timed out... I don't have a really bad connection to be honest, I was able to play in any SA:MP server but now I wanna try MTA too after using editor a lot btw I use last version (1.0.5) and also some servers seem to be using 1.04 .. maybe thats the problem..? Thanks for help (: edit: I play in windows 7 and follow the game requirements.. compatibility mode is turned off on both gta and mta. I have no mods installed besides enbseries but I had the problem before too. edit2: question about map editor..: I want to try races in the map editor.. but the nos , vehicle change and that stuff won't show up ..is there a way I can test races normally like I though it was possible in MTA RACE ? (and yes I obviously loaded race resourse on the editor to add those pickups) and another question, is there a way to save my skin on map editor as well as spawning on a vehicle when I press F5? edit3: I read a post where it says in case of crash to show this stuff so here it goes: ------------------ System Information ------------------ Time of this report: 5/16/2011, 23:51:03 Machine name: HOLLYWOOD Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_gdr.101026-1503) Language: Spanish (Regional Setting: Spanish) System Manufacturer: MSI System Model: MS-7366 BIOS: Default System BIOS Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7300 @ 2.66GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.7GHz Memory: 2048MB RAM Available OS Memory: 2048MB RAM Page File: 980MB used, 3113MB available Windows Dir: C:\Windows DirectX Version: DirectX 11 DX Setup Parameters: Not found User DPI Setting: Using System DPI System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent) DWM DPI Scaling: Disabled DxDiag Version: 6.01.7600.16385 32bit Unicode ------------ DxDiag Notes ------------ Display Tab 1: No problems found.
