i also have that kind of a problem. That happens on almost every server (i don't even know why, even these high modded servers where i had 60 fps normally without any problems) couple days ago i had to reinstall a whole gta sa with mta and i get recently drops from places where everytime was 60 fps, right now it drops to 15-20.
