hello I got a ban for 5 days for a bot in the mines. I am very sorry for that but I play on other servers where I bought a gold account for which I paid myself. I know that you can not appeal from the ban for a few days but I am asking for unbana because it is an epidemic and I have nothing to play. Once more please and greetings.
