ye in singleplayer can start gta sa perfectly and yes i have the version 1.0

Hi all! im going to speak of my problem... well the problem is when im trying to enter in mta he said me: Could not start Gta san andreas.Please try restarting, or if the problem persist contact in mta. What can i do? thanks for read and respond
