done, but still error this is my first time to incounter this problem. btw where can i found this loader.dll what is this WSCAPI.dll?

my mta is 1.5.7 the latest one, but when i open it its say error cannot be find the loader.dll

its say failed to load mta/loader.dll i tried to find that loader but i doesn't saw it. well this day only that my mta got error i don't know how, please help me i need to create a map as soon as possible.
