the mod I put out took only 1 species of tree, is it possible to remove all leaves of all species?

I did it but did not remove it, would there be any video showing? I think I must be doing something wrong, because no sheet is removed, I really need this mod because my pc is weak, i'm using a snow mod, does it have something to do?

I used the img editor, went to Open, Gta 3, then imported, selected all the images in the folder, saved it, but even so I didn't remove the leaves from the trees, what to do?
