to make a few things clear - the moment the main menu loads in the cpu temp spikes to 65 the longer its open, the higher the temp goes, it doesnt cool down other program wise, the ame (anti malware executable) acts up sometimes, but it seems to have stopped doing that cpu1 and cpu2 seem to jump around in usage the most the gta_sa.exe seems to be around 10-12% cpu and as i somewhat mentioned, this is the 1st time this has happened to any program, period, so im kind of at a loss on what to do

bscly, from the moment i launch mta, the temp spikes up to 65, even in the main menu, cpu usage wise it jumps from 0-11 up to 80-90 randomly i havent played in a few months, but when i did, the temp was 45-55, the usual other games are completely fine, even the gta_sa.exe that mta uses runs fine ive done nothing majoy to the pc since ive last played here is the diagnosis pastebin - https://pastebin.mtasa.com/1000004746
